Common questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. Pick your type of business and a look, then fill in your words and photos. The preview updates as you type.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

Yes, a small one: 0.5% of card payments, so 50¢ on a $100 sale. Stripe collects it automatically. Donations by card count too. Cash, Zelle, Venmo and pay-at-pickup orders have no fee. Stripe’s own card fee is separate.

How do I add products?

Add a photo, a name and a price, and it’s in your shop. Edit products anytime, from your phone or your computer.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. We can buy a new one for you and set it up, or you can connect a domain you already own.

Can I change tools later?

Yes. Turn any tool on or off in your dashboard. Turning one off hides it and keeps its data.

What does Pro add?

The CRM side of every tool: a daily game plan, a deal board with your tool’s stages, email campaigns, reminders and each customer’s history.

Can my whole team use one account?

Yes, on Pro. Your business has one account and one website, and you add each person with their own login. Leads can be assigned or handed out in turn, and everyone gets their own list and morning plan.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime in Settings.

Can I bring my customer list?

Yes. Drop in a spreadsheet export from your old CRM or email tool. Importing is free.
