Can borrowers apply on my site?
They send a pre-approval or rate quote request with the basics. It's not a full 1003 application: you follow up with your own application process.
Where do my NMLS details go?
Add your NMLS and company NMLS numbers in Settings. They show in your site footer with the Equal Housing Opportunity notice.
Does it show rates?
No. The calculator is an estimate tool. You decide what to quote, one borrower at a time.
Can my realtor partners send me leads?
